Sample Itinerary

Day 1: Kelowna International Airport to Whitehorse

  • Depart from W.L. Seaton Secondary School (2701 41st Ave, Vernon)
  • Check in for your flight and proceed to your departure gate
  • Flight departs for Whitehorse – complimentary snacks served onboard
  • Arrive in Whitehorse – meet your representative for a city tour
  • Free time to walk Main Street and shop for souvenirs
  • Transfer to your accommodations and check-in
  • Enjoy a gourmet group dinner at the lodge
  • Evening opportunity to view the Northern Lights
  • Campfire and s’mores with your guide

Day 2: Whitehorse

  • 9:00 am – Breakfast at your accommodation
  • Depart for Carcross tour (weather dependent)
    • Hike the desert sand dunes
    • Walk by the lake
    • Visit and photograph the Carcross totem poles
  • Optional Activity: Half-day dog sledding (additional cost)
  • Lunch included
  • 7:00 pm – Group dinner at the lodge
  • Evening opportunity to view the Northern Lights
  • Campfire experience at the lodge

Day 3: Whitehorse to Kelowna International Airport

  • Breakfast at your accommodation
  • Transfer to Whitehorse Airport for your return flight (departure time TBC)
  • Flight departs for Kelowna International Airport
  • Transfer back to W.L. Seaton Secondary School
